Since 1984 Sutcliffe & Co has been trusted with arranging the insurance requirements of many thousands of business and private clients across the country. The Sutcliffe Family have been insurance professionals for 4 generations and recognise the importance of personal service.

Unlike some insurance providers who are limited to selling products from just one or a handful of insurance providers we look across a wide range of insurers to select cover that suits your requirements. We are not a checklist driven call-centre and will happily visit your premises to discuss your individual requirements.

 

Throughout the life of your policy we are available to discuss your needs and make amendments as your circumstances change. At renewal, you will continue to benefit from our personal attention and we will automatically check the adequacy of cover and maintain a competitive rate of premium.

Richard Sutcliffe Richard worked for Eagle Star Insurance before joining his father’s insurance brokerage over 40 years ago and has clients that date back to then. At weekends, when not found cutting the lawn, Richard will be loyally supporting Worcester Warriors.	Duncan Sutcliffe Duncan is the 4th Generation of the Sutcliffe family to practice insurance. Duncan looks after a wide range of clients and particularly enjoys the challenge of finding cover for unusual occupations. When not spending time with his family, Duncan’s other interests include history, supporting Worcester Warriors and running.
Richard Barry Richard joined Sutcliffe & Co in April 2005, having been a Commercial Underwriter with Norwich Union for 15 years. Richard has a wealth of knowledge in commercial motor, property and liability insurance and outside of work enjoys the benefit of a season ticket with Manchester United, watching them home and away, playing Sunday football and watching literally any other sports with particular favourites being Horse Racing, Speedway and American Football.	Michelle Benjamin Michelle joined Sutcliffe & Co in 2008 having previously worked for other local brokers. Michelle specialises in property, commercial and high net worth household insurance. Michelle has 3 young boys which is why she enjoys spending as much time at work as possible.
Lynne Bent Lynne joined Sutcliffe & Co in 1991 as an account handler, administering commercial policies. Away from the office Lynne enjoys keeping fit, watching sport and nights out with the girls	Jane Gilbert Jane started work for Sutcliffe & Co over 21 years ago, initially as an account handler dealing with most insurance types. Recently Jane has moved more to the financial side of the business, specialising in insurer and client accounts. Outside work, Jane’s time is occupied by watching her sons play rugby and loudly supporting Worcester Warriors.
Mike Futrill Mike Joined Sutcliffe & Co on Millennium Day. He has worked in the insurance industry for 28 years and specialises in business and commercial insurance. Mike captains the Squash team at Nunnery Wood.	Kevin Hopcutt Kevin entered the insurance industry from school and worked at a number of brokerages until joining Sutcliffe & Co almost 20 years go. He specialises in business insurance for medium to large clients. Kevin keenly follows a wide range of sports and enjoys a post match celebration.
Clare Wood Clare joined Sutcliffe & Co in 2005 as an account handler, she specialises in Household, Motor, Travel and Personal Accident insurance. Away from insurance Clare is a keen walker and enjoys cooking and reading murder novels.	Caroline Pearson Caroline has been with Sutcliffe & Co for 20 years, starting as a school leaver and has risen to the level of Account Executive. Caroline’s areas of expertise include high net worth household, shops, offices and other small businesses. Caroline enjoys cycling, disciplining her children and exploring her family history.
Andrew Marfell Andrew joined Sutcliffe & Co in 1992 and has been working in the insurance industry for over 40 years. Andrew specialises in insurance for medium to large organisations. When not sharing his years of insurance wisdom with the rest of the office, Andrew is a well respected vintage car enthusiast.	Sue Smith Sue worked for a major insurance company before moving to broking as an account handler. Although Sue still handles policies, her main role now is as office manager. When not bogged down with paperwork, Sue spends her summers watching cricket and making cricket teas.
Carolyn Rice Carolyn started her insurance career with MLT Pitts, where she spent nearly 20 years, before amalgamation with Sutcliffe & Co. Her current role is Account Handler specialising in commercial and agricultural insurance. Carolyn enjoys Latin Dancing and celebrity gossip mags.	Amanda Watterson Amanda worked at MLT Pitts as an account handler for almost 20 years before amalgamation with Sutcliffe & Co. Amanda specialises in household and motor insurance. Other interests include cooking, gardening and running.
Keith Welch Keith entered insurance in 1958 joining a major composite insurance company. He remained in the company sector until December 1963 when he commenced his broking career, finally joining Sutcliffe & Co in 2001. His main activity away from the work environment is the sport of rowing, which he takes part both as an oarsman and an official umpire. His other interests include cycling and walking.	Claudine McCabe Claudine joined Sutcliffe & Co in 2008 an an Account handler. She has worked for Insurance Companies for the past 11 years, mainly specialising in Household, Motor and Travel Insurance. Claudine enjoys spending time with her family, Latin Dancing and Swimming.
