Sutcliffe & Co are delighted to be able to offer quotes for homes & properties that have a history of flooding or are in high flood risk areas. Following conversations with representatives from Lloyds of London we have secured access to a number of underwriters willing to offer cover.

Previously many homeowners or property owners have been unable to get insurance or have been faced with expensive premiums and a very high excess. Our goal is to help these people by offering competitively priced policies that have minimal restrictions. We also understand the advances in flood proof and flood resilient properties and will make concessions where a property owner has made efforts to reduce the risk of flood damage.

Because Sutcliffe & Co is based in Worcestershire, we regularly experience the disruption and damage caused by flooding and many of our staff suffered losses in the floods in July 2007. Therefore we are passionate about helping those who struggle with insurance as a result of flooding.
