Sutcliffe & Co Insurance Brokers are delighted to announce an opportunity for a new insurance account handler for their Worcester office. We are a long established, friendly and successful brokerage serving a wide range of personal, commercial and corporate clients. This role would suit an experienced account handler with an existing knowledge of commercial and / or personal lines insurance.
The successful candidate can expect to:
- Work with an experienced and friendly team dealing with a broad range of insurance products
- Expand and develop their knowledge with opportunities for career progression
- Handle renewals, new business, mid term adjustments, claims and client queries
- Maintain the high standards expected of a regulated industry

Role requirements:
- Desire to provide excellent service to clients & colleagues
- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport
- Good knowledge of commercial and / or personal lines insurance
- Confidence using Microsoft Word
- Ideally full time, Monday to Friday
