Lockdown Art Competition

Calling all Worcestershire businesses!

Who’s ready to make a quarantine creation?

The team at Sutcliffe & Co have a new challenge for Worcestershire’s businesses and their families: can you take a work of art and make it your own?

Duncan Sutcliffe, director, Sutcliffe & Co commented: “For a bit of lockdown fun, our team had a go at recreating famous works of art. Some used objects, some used themselves, some even roped in their kids and pets! Now it’s the Worcestershire business community’s turn to show off!”

To make the challenge even more exciting, the venerable and Worcester-local Philip Serrell has agreed to be head judge to ensure the standards expected of Worcestershire is maintained.

What do you need to do to take part?

The ‘rules’ are very simple:

  • Decide on a piece of art
  • Replicate it using only what you have to hand
  • Submit it via Twitter to @SutcliffeCo with the hashtags #WorcestershireHour and #lockdownart
  • Deadline for entries is Monday 1 June 2020.
