Caroline Pearson, account executive for Sutcliffe & Co insurance brokers, is this month celebrating 30 years with the Worcester-based firm.

Duncan Sutcliffe, director, Sutcliffe & Co commented: “Caroline joined the company shortly after leaving school as an office junior with responsibilities for typing letters on a manual typewriter with carbon paper and sending faxes. Over the years she has progressed as fast as the technology and developed into a knowledgeable and supportive insurance broker, with a large and loyal book of clients who value her dedication and skill. We are lucky to have such a high calibre account executive and feel honoured that she has committed herself to Sutcliffe & Co and our clients.”

Caroline added: “It’s been a great journey with Sutcliffe & Co; both the company and the insurance industry have evolved and grown so much since I started they are almost unrecognisable! Being able to progress my career with the support of this company has been great. I’m pleased to say that many of my first clients still look to me for advice and I’ve welcomed many more new clients as well.”
